I had a bad experience over the weekend with some type of power situation in my music room. My computer went out, my Evans amp and my ‘68 Showman is not working properly. I was concerned about my Steel Dream with no good way to check it out. I sent Sage a text and he called me back almost immediately and spent 25 minutes on the phone trouble shooting the unit and discovered the unit is working fine and was not damaged.
THAT IS Customer service. Just a shout out for a quality product by a quality person.
