Wiring on a Telonics 128 Pickup

Looking for a wiring diagram on a Telonics 128. The output is lower & noisier than I was expecting so I think i did something wrong!

I sent Telonics an email but haven't heard back.

I've got a green, white, red, and black wire going straight to the input jack.

Typically on a four wire pickup, two wires will be linked together, shrink wrapped or taped and then left alone, and then the other two wires become hot and ground. If you have any ohm meter you can use it to determine which wires are which. If you have all four wires going straight to the jack, that is not correct. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you are saying.

Yes Correct. I don't have a meter and I'm wondering if someone knows which wire is which. It's different with every company. I currently have Black to Tip, Red to Sleeve and the green and white soldered and taped together.

So, without a meter on hand, I'm wondering if anyone knows if this is correct, or has the wiring diagram from Telonics.
