Peterson Tuners

Post by George Seymour »

I have a fairly new Strobo Stomp HD that was acting up where I couldn’t consistently change the menu..I got a repair/return ticket and could not have been more impressed with the service and communication, repair was performed (IC chip on LCD board replaced) and was covered under waranty, no charge for repair and return shipping.. Bravo Peterson! Means a lot to this weekend warrior!

I have 5 of their tuners, 3 clipons, a stomp, and a mini stomp. Had a small issue with one and was taken care of immediately.

They have no competition as far as what they can do and yet their customer service is outstanding. Immediate response.

Separately, I bitch at them all the time about their custom tuning programming interface, and they have yet to kick me out of the club. LOL.

These are the best tuners you can own.
